Colin has done a great job tearing out an old deck and replacing with a new deck and some landscaping in the garden. He is conscientious and has great insight as to what was required and helped us out on decisions about what do. He was fast and responsive I heartily recommend him

We needed repairs to the front porch and back stairs of our very old house in North Burnaby. Challenging renovations - but Colin Schrott of Precision Pro did an excellent job. During site inspection he examined each project carefully, assessing the work and materials required while anticipating a couple of potential problems that wouldn’t be apparent until the existing structures were taken apart. His job descriptions and quotes were accurate and fair. He worked quickly yet showed great care taking measurements, cutting lumber, assembling pieces, and ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and level. Although I’d simply asked for the previous stairs and deck to be duplicated, he made valuable suggestions for little adaptations to improve function and durability. When I asked for changes along the way, he made them exactly as requested. Colin uses quality tools and demonstrates considerable skill and experience. He’s pleasant to have around and did a thorough clean-up when finished. I’ll definitely give Precision Pro a call when our next home improvement project comes along.

UPDATE: Six weeks after this job was completed, I asked Colin to trim a couple of inches off the bottom of a stair rail he'd installed. He came by, set up his table saw, dismantled the railing, trimmed it perfectly, and reinstalled it exactly as I'd requested. Not only was he cheerful and efficient, there was no charge. Great service!

Our old 3 story house had many cracked & rotten pieces of cedar siding on the weather side and water was beginning to leak around the windows. I replied to Colin's flyer and he quickly came over and assessed the damage. While here he found several other major items that needed repair. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to start almost immediately. In three weeks Colin and his crew replaced the damaged siding and repaired damaged plywood underneath. They also replaced rotten 2X4s
in other areas around the foundation as well as a complete paint job.
Quality workmanship. They were easy to communicate with and
kept us informed. I highly recommend them and will use again!
